Is this item made out of genuine gold/silver or is it plated?

All  items we sell are made out of genuine gold or silver, as described in the listing. Each item is stamped with appropriate hallmarks. We do not sell any gold/silver plated, lined or filled jewellery.

Can I pick up my item?

We are an internet supplier only and we don't have showroom or pickup facility. For security reasons we can't make any exceptions. All items are shipped via Australia Post and usually are delivered next day within Perth metro area.

I haven't received my item, what's going on?

Delivery time in Australia vary between 3 to 7 working days depends on the area. If your item has been sent by Registered Mail it requires a signature on delivery. In case there is nobody home your item will be taken back  to the local Post Office and  await collection. The advise note should be left left in you letter box. Please let us know immediately if your item is not received within specified time frame. It is very rare for item to be lost in the mail.

Why the item I have received is smaller than in the photos?

The item should be exactly as per detailed measurements in the listing  description. We take every effort not to mislead buyers by placing the following statement below the photos in every listing:
